    Badger’s paradise

    Badger brought sunshine to Bukta.

    Clouds were breaking up and the sun lit up the venue just minutes before Badger got on stage at Bukta Open Air Festival in Tromsø. Joining them on stage were Håkon Rundberg on keyboards, Thorbjørn Ingvaldsen on trombone, Christian Hyld on trumpet and Fred Glesnes on saxophone.

    Badger ready for Bukta

    Bukta Festival announces Badger.

    Badger will line up for this year’s Bukta Open Air Festival in Tromsø. This was announed on the 10th of May. They will open on Friday the 15th of July at Paradisbukta.

    Badgers tribute Pussycats

    Grr…? Grr…!

    Badger is invited to contribute on The Pussycats’ tribute album Grr…? Grr…! 500 copies of the 12″ vinyl will be released together with The Pussycats’ live performance on July the 15th at this year’s Bukta Festival in Tromsø.

    Final hour

    On the verge of a new album.

    After a week at Kysten Studio in Tromsø Badger is winding up their studio sessions after recording 16 tracks. Some of them we have already heard live, but there are several new song like «Hey George», «Summer Sweeps», «Wishing Man» and «Fairweather Friend».

    Help Badger

    Make a wish…

    Badger will start their recording sessions at Kysten Studio in Tromsø on the 25th of October. According to the band they have enough songs to complete a double album at least. Now they are inviting fans on Facebook to help them pick out their favorites. They have plenty of unreleased/unrecorded songs. Some are only performed live and some can be heard on Myspace. Go on Facebook and make a wish.
